Name: Brian Daley (AKA Frank Brian)
Instrument(s): bass, guitar, (little bit of) keyboard,
saxaphone, singing
Other Facts: Played guitar since 1989 (was 13 yearsold at the time). First became interested in music
through my older brother Pat Spurgeon (who is now the
drummer in Rogue Wave) and he's still a major musical
hero for me.  Also, I saw a documentary called The
Complete Beatles in 1986, and, after that, I started
to listen to, and think about, music in a more serious
way.  Started playing in bands in high school.  What
follows is list of all the bands I've been in (I could
go into more detail about each band, but that would
make for a really long bio): Social Party, Liquid
Sound, Sam I Am, Solla Sollew, Eddie and the White
Trash, The Demilos, and Tenki...

Fun Facts: I started playing snare drum in 1987 at the age of eleven. I was influenced heavily by my brother, Pat Spurgeon, who now plays drums, and sings, with the Sub Pop group Rogue Wave. Other large drumming influences on my life include Ringo Starr, Stewart Copeland, and Pete Thomas. I have been in bands of one kind or another since my sophomore year of high school. I have three drum sets. All are classic examples of their manufacture.

Instruments: Vocals, Guitar, piano, banjo, bass, and some percussion
Key Facts: My mom made me start playing piano as a kid up until I was 18. I picked up guitar at 14 in an act of rebellion. My most memorable moments as a 6 year old listening to my dad's hi-fi through headphones and being transported by the sounds of Pink Floyd, The Stones, Hendrix, and Led Zepplin. This was even more memorable than seeing a Bigfoot in the forest while camping with my family in Canada.

Name: Michael W. Snyder
Instruments: Kazoo, Triangle, theremin, tambourine, Actually any weird noise I can make.

Key Facts: I lived my Childhood in the Chicago neighborhood of Brighton Park. At the age of 13 my family moved me to Valparaiso, Indiana. There in Valparaiso I would find an appreciation for rock music. I picked up a Bass around that time, and a few years later a guitar, and a few years after that some synthesizers. Through High School I played in a few projects, then around the age of 20 I met a great group of people in a band called Turnerjoy. It wasn't long after that  Dean Perrine played me the Beach Boys Pet Sounds, and The Flaming Lips in the same night. That night changed my life and views on music forever. I soon joined Turnerjoy, making noises on a synthesizer. They taught me how to write, and  Arrange music, Something I will always have (and always be grateful for). After my time with turnerjoy I took a little adventure around the United States. I didn't go everywhere, but enough places to show me Just how small I really am. A few years ago I came back to the Chicagoland area, and was connected with some old acquaintances, Joe Daley & Brett Callaway. And the rest is history! I joined Demilos on Bass. Recorded an LP "Darkness Falls", which for the first time gave me freedom to express some songs that were written by me. I have a nice time with these guys, and always looking forward to writing & playing new demilos music (a good laugh here, and there as well).
